Personality Test using Johari and Nohari Windows

10 years ago, in year 2005, I created myself Johari and Nohari windows where I am able to be aware of my positive and negative personalities that are (1) both perceived by myself and others, (2) not perceived by myself, but perceived by others, (3) perceived by myself, but not perceived by others, and (4) both not perceived by myself and others.

I think it’s been 5 years already since someone last contributed to my personality windows. I wonder what results I will get now if I share this again to my old and new friends.

I think the results is a fun and interesting way to check how others see you so you can maybe fix yourself for the betterment. Haha.

If you’re curious how this work, visit the links below.

For Johari Window, you basically just have to describe yourself in 5-6 words from the selection. Choose the top 5-6 words that describes you best. The words in the list are positive: http://kevan.org/johari

For Nohari Window, it’s the opposite as this one presents antonyms of the words presented in Johari Window: http://kevan.org/nohari

So I shared my windows to my friends on Facebook to see if I’ll get any new results. Meanwhile, below was the last data I gathered back in 2005-2010:

I just hope that Kevan.org allowed editing of the Arena spot as I believe some personalities I perceive by myself have changed already. LOL. But thank you, Kevan Davis, for keeping these Johari and Nohari Window tools still alive, and for keeping our data.
